All our classes combine traditional yoga with modern-day research - for your safety and best results. Yoga doesn't have to look spectacular to be beneficial. Our aim is to make you experience and understand what each move does for you. Therefore we prefer a rather moderate pace and longer holds and offer stepping stones where needed.

Beach Yoga: Altona Beach, corner Esplanade/Davies St.
SUP Yoga: Altona Beach, corner Esplanade/Mount St.
In the event of rain the beach & SUP classes will be cancelled. Existing bookings will be rescheduled.
WHY BOOK IN ADVANCE?
In general, classes are open for drop-in, but we greatly appreciate your booking as it helps us plan the classes and inform you of any changes such as class cancellations.
In case you have booked in advance but cannot make it, please cancel out in time as otherwise the session will count towards your pass.
Bookings are essential for all early morning sessions (6am & 7am) & SUP Yoga!
