existing passes
All existing indoor passes with an original expiry date after 16/03/2020 will remain valid so that you can still use them after the break. For details, please check your emails or contact us.
THE FINE PRINT
MEMBERSHIP

The membership is an ongoing commitment and renews automatically at the same conditions - including existing discounts - if not cancelled at least 14 days before the next payment is due.

A membership is bound to one person and cannot be transferred.

You are welcome to hold or suspend your membership if you are going on holiday, traveling for business, or have experienced an injury.

For membership suspensions, we require a two-week notice prior to your next billing date and suspension is possible in one week blocks.

Please note that we do not allow suspended memberships to be cancelled. Your membership must be active for one month prior to cancellation. Please review the following policy prior to submitting your hold request.
PASSES

All passes expire within the times stated above in the pass description.

Passes are non-transferable. However, you may use your 5-/ 10- or 20-class pass to pay for another family member.

Extensions may be applied upon request (Contact Us) for special circumstances (does not include the 2-week trial or special offers).
HOLD POLICY
I understand that I can suspend my membership or pass based on the conditions stated above and that the request must be made in writing (email). Then an Inner Smile Yoga representative will email a confirmation my hold has been processed and the dates that the freeze is effective.
I understand that I can only hold my membership twice in a calendar year for up to one month at a time, and passes once within the usual validity period for a maximum of one month.
I understand my membership payment will automatically restart upon the predetermined date unless I notify Inner Smile Yoga for an earlier reactivation date. I understand that I cannot cancel my membership while it is on hold/suspended. Memberships cancelled while suspended will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being cancelled. My membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. Inner Smile Yoga does not pro-rata refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a frozen membership.
